Where are you located?
I am located in Grand Rapids, MI.
Can you ship your cookies?
My sweets are for local pick-up only. I operate under Michigan's Cottage Food Laws and it is illegal for me to ship my baked goods.
What allergins do your sweets contain?
May include but not limited to wheat, eggs, milk, soy, nuts.
How much are your cookies?
Basic cookie designs start at $45 a dozen. These prices are subject to change depending on flavor, design, details, etc.
How do I place my order?
You can place an order under the "CUSTOM ORDER" icon. If I am currently taking custom orders, you will see the order requrest form on the "CUSTOM ORDER" page. Once you've submitted your order inquiry, I will contact you via email with your price quote and we can hash out the details there.
How much notice do I give for ordering?
Please submit your order inquiry form at least 2 weeks before your pick-up date. In the case that I am able to accept last minute orders (less than 2 weeks notice), there will be a 25% rush fee for the order.
When is payment due?
In order for me to place you on my calender, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due on the due date of the invoice. The remaining balance is due one week before your pick-up date. If final payment is not received your order will be canceled.
How do I pay?
I am currently taking Square and Paypal as a form of payment. If you do not have any of these payment platforms, we can discuss other payment options.
How are your cookies packaged?
I heat seal each individual cookie in a food grade bag for freshness and then they are placed in a bakery box with crinkle paper. If you would like a bow or twine, there is an additional charge of $6 per dozen.
How long will your cookies stay fresh?
My cookies will stay fresh for about 3-4 weeks in their heat sealed bags at room temperature. They can last up to 3 months if frozen!
Do you offer nut-free or gluten-free sweets options?
I do not offer nut-free sweets but I do offer gluten-free cookies!
Can I freeze your cookies?
Yes you can! My sweets freeze very well and I provide freezing instructions with every order!
Do you offer refunds?
I currently do not offer refunds but PLEASE contact me with any concerns.
